What information do we collect?
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
How we collection information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
How we communicate with you
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Shipping
Our handmade jewelry takes time to make as we put our hands on all our jewelry. Most orders will ship in 2 weeks unless they specifically say in the listing that they are Read to Ship.
If a Rush Order is needed, please contact me first before ordering so I can do my best to see if it is possible with current making schedules.
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders totaling more than $150.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
We take great pride in our work and inspect our pieces before shipping. Being a former quality control inspector, I hand inspect every item as I am doing the final finishing. I will accept Returns on the basis of workmanship or for resizing purposes within 10 days.
Refund totals will include only the item price, not including the original shipping cost. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received. The item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Please note that you are responsible for safely returning it to me. No refunds can be given for returns lost in the mail.
Please Note: Custom orders are not refundable as the metal or size you require may not be something I can reuse.
